As an independent architectural consultant, I can provide this comprehensive and reassuring service for a surprisingly competitive fee. Therefore, I can design the conversion of a 1-bedroom bungalow into a 6-bedroom house for only £3000.
Also, I can look at smaller projects with prices starting from £795. Better still, all payments are VAT free. Loft conversions in Derby start from £995, turning your dream loft space into reality, whether it be for more storage or a new bedroom.
No-obligation consultation
A £125 no-obligation consultation at your home (subject to terms and conditions) with a UK Registered Architect covering Derby, Nottingham, Lichfield and the Midlands. I will refund this fee upon commission.
Free time for questions
Once the drawings are completed, I will come back to your home and talk you through your project. If you have any more questions to ask; no problem. I’ll allow 1 to 2 hours for these visits free of charge.
